Local assistance programs and additional aid that is available. This list is updated regularly and is up to date as of August 2025.
The Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) Program provides community-based services organized in a continuum of care to help functionally impaired elders live in the least restrictive yet most cost-effective environment suitable to their needs.
Eligibility Requirements: Individuals must be age 60 or older and functionally impaired, as determined by an initial comprehensive assessment and annual reassessments.
