Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (about ¾ lb) – $1.98

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chicken: Season chicken breast lightly with salt and pepper. Cook in air fryer at 375°F for 12 minutes, or bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Let rest, then slice into strips.


  2. Warm the Tortillas: Heat tortillas for 10–15 seconds in microwave or until pliable.


  3. Assemble the Wraps:Spread 1 tbsp honey mustard per tortilla. Add chicken strips, ¼ cup shredded cheese each, and greens if using.


  4. Wrap It Up: Fold the sides in and roll tightly. Serve warm or wrap for later.


  5. To Freeze: Omit greens. Wrap tightly in foil or plastic wrap and store in freezer. Reheat in microwave or skillet.
